This is a Late C19th Plate depicting a Caricature of the Franco Russian Dual Alliance of 1894 produced by Keller & Guerin and decorated with a cartoon produced by Jules Renard Draner.
The Plate is Fully Stamped to the reverse with the Keller & Guerin Mark 'K et G, Luneville'.
The plate dates c1894 and measures 8 1/2" (22cm) wide.
