Lion & Lioness Majolica Spill Holder c1890

This is an Unusual Victorian Porcelain Posy Vase c1890.
It has a Relief Moulded decoration of a Lion on one side and a Lioness and Snake on the other
The base carries no Makers Mark. The Porcelain is an unusual colour as can be seen from the photo of the base, the colour of which I have not seen before and it has a Majolica glaze.
Probably of Continental Origin, it measures 4 3/4" (12cm) high, by 33/4 2 (9.5cm) wide.
It dates c1890 and is in Excellent Condition.
