The Nightwatchman Series was introduced by Royal Doulton in 1899 and extended until 1935. It was withdrawn in 1945.
The Jardiniere is a Rare Shape in the Night Watchman Series, which is highly sought after by Collectors.
The Jardiniere measures 8 1/2" (21.5cm) high, by 10" (25.5cm) wide.
It carries the Royal Doulton Mark to the base and dates c1920's.
